Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order will experience a significant delay, we’ll contact you directly via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We work with reliable global carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@fosteringfeebies.com.


Shipping Origins

Most Fostering Feebie’s Fitness & Health products are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.

Depending on your location and the items ordered, products may arrive in separate packages.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Fostering Feebie’s Fitness & Health is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs, duties, or customs handling fees) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking Issues or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with members of your household or neighbors.

  • Look for a delivery notice or check your mailbox.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for more information.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@fosteringfeebies.com within 7 business days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Fostering Feebie’s Fitness & Health cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it after receiving the updated address and payment for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Fostering Feebie’s Fitness & Health is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@fosteringfeebies.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
Estimated shipping dates will be provided in your confirmation email.
